Commercial Development Executive
Osborne Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Commercial Development Executive to join our Cork team.
As a Commercial Development Executive, your primary function is to generate new business opportunities aligned with Osborne's growth strategy. You will be responsible for achieving financial and growth objectives by delivering high-quality recruitment solutions and promoting Recruitment Excellence. Building strong relationships with Recruitment and Business Managers, developing a sales culture, and representing Osborne professionally are key responsibilities.
You will work on new business development, key account management, and maximizing sales opportunities. Additionally, you will onboard new clients effectively, attend networking events, and maintain competitor awareness.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment consultancy or sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make sound business decisions. Your dedication to achieving targets, teamwork, and customer service delivery will contribute to your success in this role.
