A leading Insurance firm, with offices worldwide, are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their team. This role will work closely with the Head of Compliance, assisting with tasks for new compliance and privacy initiative to be applied to the company.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and assess current and potential risks within the organization's operations, ensuring controls maintain effectiveness and efficiency.
Assist in identifying privacy risks associated with new and existing products, systems, and processes.
Enhance the compliance and privacy functions within the company by working closely with both internal offices and the first line of operations.
Engage with external experts on matters concerning regulations, privacy, and compliance-related projects.
Assist in integrating awareness of regulatory compliance and privacy obligations throughout the organisation.
Assist the Head of Compliance in preparing.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in a financial services environment, preferable in compliance, privacy, legal or risk assurance
Third level qualification, ideally in a financial, compliance or legal related discipline
Excellent report writing experience.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
