Bookkeeper & Administrator

Osborne are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper & Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our clients' daily bookkeeping and administrative needs. Working alongside a team of professionals, you will ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and statements preparation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and demonstrate proficiency in numerical analysis and attention to detail.

Salary: €30 to €35K per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bookkeeping tasks including sales, purchases, and bank transactions
  • Record journal entries to accurately reflect all business transactions
  • Manage accounts receivable by issuing invoices and maintaining records
  • Handle accounts payable and conduct reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
  • Support in reviewing expenses, payroll records, and other assigned tasks
  • Maintain accurate financial data in databases for immediate accessibility
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to management
  • Collaborate on other accounting projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in numerical analysis and analytical thinking
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and familiarity with relevant accounting software (e.g., SAGE)
