We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Planner for a stable career filled with advancement opportunities. This role offers a chance to take charge of coordinating and managing various aspects of the supply chain, ensuring efficiency, continuity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily inventory reports to onsite customers
Utilise ERP system to place orders and maintain product supply continuity, meeting local stocking expectations
Analyse order requests, ensuring alignment with forecasted usage and addressing any discrepancies promptly
Lead weekly supply chain meetings with customers to ensure alignment and address any concerns
Monitor and report on supplier performance, driving improvements where necessary.
Own and lead quarterly management meetings with customers regarding planning and procurement services, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
Drive monthly financial reconciliation with customers for all TMM services
Manage product master profiles, ensuring alignment among stakeholders before implementation
Develop and execute action plans for on-hold/quarantined materials and non-performing stocking profiles to regain minimum stocking levels
Manage on-time deliveries to offsite warehouses, ensuring efficient logistics operations
Manage forecasting process and highlight any medium/high-level concerns on a daily basis
Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies through innovative logistics approaches such as consolidated shipping
Requirements:
3-5 years in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, with planning, forecasting and procurement experience in the supply chain is ESSENTIAL
Proficiency in SAP planning and procurement, with a basic understanding of tools such as Excel (e.g., pivots and V-lookups).
Experience in managing supplier relationships
Ability to collect and analyse complex data and scenarios is crucial for this role
Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, meeting both hard and soft deadlines
Previous experience in logistics operations is desirable
