Financial Accountant – Permanent Position

Salary: €65,000 – €80,000 DOE

Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday – Friday)

Annual Leave: 21 Days

Location: Harold's Cross, Dublin 6W

Here at Osborne, we are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant on behalf of our client, a leading firm specializing in forensic accounting assignments, with a focus on personal injury claims, financial loss due to various circumstances, company valuations, and company law breaches. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in leading forensic accounting assignments and handling various financial accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Leading forensic accountancy assignments within the firm.
• Preparation of financial statements.
• Handling income tax/corporation tax returns and other financial accounting assignments.
• Providing Expert Witness testimony in Court.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience.
• Professional accountancy qualification: ACA / ACCA.
• Preferably Sage 50 experience.
• Experience in Company Valuations is an advantage but not essential.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills.
• High attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
