Senior Tax Manager – Employment Tax & Global Mobility Services

Contract: Permanent

Location: Dublin 2

Hybrid: 2-3 Days in Office

Salary: €70,000+ (DOE)

Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday – Friday)

Role Summary:

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Tax Manager in our client’s Employment Tax and Global Mobility Services (ET & GMS) team within their Tax Advisory Services division. We are looking for someone who has a particular interest in advising on employment taxes, but the successful candidate would also have opportunities to work on global mobility tax related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop and manage your own portfolio
• Be part of a dedicated team focused on employment taxes and global mobility
• Become a technical expert in employment taxes and the tax issues related to international mobile employees
• Develop close client relationships
• Advance your people management skills

Ideal Candidate:

• You are AITI / CTA qualified
• You have a strong academic background;
• Strong technical skills and detailed working knowledge of employment tax and social security matters in Ireland.
• A good communicator with demonstrated ability to work as part of a successful team.
• You also have experience of reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees and associated applications (e.g. A1 and Certs of Coverage applications, etc.);
• You have worked in a tax team with client facing experience;
• You are organised, a self-starter and an enthusiastic team player;
• You can work efficiently to deadlines and encourage others to do the same;
• You are driven, ambitious and passionate about continuous personal and professional development.
