National Administrator – Dublin 8 – Permanent 

Are you ready to make a difference? We're seeking a dynamic National Administrator to join our client's Corporate Service Department, offering an opportunity to be part of a vital service that empowers individuals and ensures their voices are heard in the healthcare system. Our client is committed to providing independent, confidential support to those navigating experiences within Public Acute Hospitals or Nursing Homes.

As an Administrator in the Corporate Service Department, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of services. Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, you'll have a diverse range of responsibilities. The team is passionate about making a meaningful impact, and we're looking for someone who shares their commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities: 

Administration and Support:

  • Assisting the National Manager and Corporate Services team with administrative tasks.
  • Managing payroll and financial responsibilities, including bookkeeping and invoicing.
  • Supporting audits and procurement processes.
  • Managing IT systems and office supplies efficiently.
  • Coordinating events, meetings, and handling inquiries.

Company Governance:

  • Preparing correspondence and reports for the Board of Directors.
  • Assisting with board meetings and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compiling statistics and documentation as required.

Human Resources:

  • Supporting recruitment efforts and maintaining HR records.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and relevant legislation.
  • Assisting with HR reports and documentation.
  • Contributing to Organizational Effectiveness:
  • Adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating inclusion and diversity.
  • Organizing and administering work effectively.
  • Undertaking personal development opportunities.

     
Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in HR and/or finance is advantageous.
  • Commitment to the organization's mission and values.
