Customer Service Representative      

Our client is a leading provider of innovative telecommunications solutions, committed to delivering excellent service and connectivity to their large customer base. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a passionate individual to join their dynamic team and be a key member of the customer service group.
I am currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to work with our client located in DUBLIN 11.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to the customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. The successful applicant must be available to cover shifts operating 24/7/365 to provide specialist support to specific customers that offer round the clock support.

The person for this role will also need to be available to work nights and weekends:

  • Monday – Thursday 08.00 – 14.00            
  • Friday – Sunday 08.00 -20.00
  • Monday – Thursday 13.30 – 23.00            
  • Friday – Sunday 20.00-08.00
  • Monday – Thursday 23.00 – 08.00

Generally, will work:

  • 2 weekends (either be a Saturday or Sunday day shift) 
  • 1/2 weeks of evening shifts (13.30 – 23.00)
  • 1/ 2 weeks of day shifts (08.00 – 14.00)
  • Typically work 2-3 nights in a month.

Salary & Benefits:

  • €14.50 per hour
  • Overtime paid at time and a half 
  • Pay increase after 1 year of service
  • 24 days annual leave
  • 37.5 hours
  • Pension including company contribution after 6 months service 
  • Health cove- Laya Inspire plan after 6 months service 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Logging and responding to customer queries.
  • Work with support services to resolve network issues
  • Complete call logs and the issuing of reports
  • Other duties as assigned/required

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a primarily customer service-based role is required
  • Call Centre experience would be advantageous 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally 
  • Work as part of a team and to own initiative 
  • Must be available for weekend work and night shifts.
