Osborne Executive Search has the pleasure in working with our client, a renowned and leading global provider of data centre interior design, engineering, and manufacturing solutions, to appoint their new Commercial Manager for European Operations.

As Commercial Manager, you will drive the commercial strategy to support business growth and client satisfaction. Your role will involve cultivating relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a targeted commercial plan to drive sales growth across Europe.
  • Proactively engage with key clients to understand their unique requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms for all parties.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-regional teams to maximize product and customer focus.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of Data Centre infrastructure and construction methods.
  • Extensive experience in senior sales or technical roles within the industry.
  • Track record of exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work across different functions and geographical locations.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and adapt to varying time zones.
