Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Perm – Dublin 2

Here at Osborne, we’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established mid-tier law firm that is seeking to add an experienced, driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Dublin 2 on a permanent basis.  Ranked highly by both Chambers Global and the Legal 500, this leading practice has a particularly strong client base and a true team ethic, with many of those clients working with teams across a number of practice areas. 

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: DOE
• Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)
• Working Model: Hybrid
• Location: Dublin 2

Role and responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will provide commercially and strategically-minded legal advice to an impressive range of international and domestic client across a range of industry sectors.  
• Your work will include shareholder disputes, technology matters, contractual disputes, IP, environmental and energy matters, competition and regulatory disputes, among other areas.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland or England & Wales
• 2+ PQE, ideally in commercial dispute resolution in a leading Irish or international law firm
• Demonstrable ADR experience with a commercial mindset
• Strong academics, backed up by strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
