Audit Senior 

Are you an ambitious newly qualified accountant with previous audit experience looking for a new opportunity?

If the answer is yes, then we have an excellent opportunity for you to join our client, a Top 20 firm in East Point, Dublin 3, as an Audit Senior.
Arising from continued growth, an exciting role has arisen for a qualified accountant, to play a key role in conducting audits across a diverse range of industries and markets.

Location: Dublin 3
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary and Benefits:  

• €50-55,000 DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Conduct audit assignments across various industries and markets.
• Assist in the planning of audits, including resource allocation and meeting deadlines.
• Attend client audit planning meetings and contribute insights.
• Prepare financial statements and maintain high-quality work papers.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit team members.
• Ensure timely completion of audit files and bring assignments to closure.
• Assist in the training and development of junior staff.

Requirements:

• Recently qualified accountant ACA/ACCA.
• Proven experience in conducting audits.
• Strong technical proficiency and understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in accounts preparation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a practice environment.
