Healthcare Solicitor – Permanent – Dublin 2

Osborne is currently working on behalf of a superbly regarded, growing, Irish top-10 law practice which is seeking to add an Associate Solicitor to its market-leading Healthcare Law team.  This practice is well-known in the industry for offering a favourable work-life balance and a truly collegiate, progressive working environment.

Salary: DOE
Core Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Dublin 2

Role and Responsibilities:

• As part of this leading healthcare law team, you will have a fantastic opportunity to develop your skillset alongside some of the most highly-rated solicitors in the country, and will play a vital role in providing expert legal representation.
• The successful candidate can expect to work providing advice and legal solutions to a range of clients on wide ranging healthcare law issues including a multitude of medical/dental negligence claims, inquests, Medical Council matters, Tribunal Hearings and potential contractual and ethical issues.

Candidate Characteristics:

• Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland or England & Wales
• 1-5 years’ PQE, ideally within a practice dealing with medical negligence and personal injury litigation
• Experience with Defence Litigation advantageous.
