Reconciliation of different outlet revenue and takings against reports.
Inputting Journals from reconciliations into accounting package Exchequer, cash / credit card / vouchers / deposits.
General office administration such as filing, data entry etc
Any other ad hoc accounts tasks as assigned by the Financial Accountant or other senior members of the finance department
Assist with special projects as required
What we are looking for
General accounts /bookkeeping background
Minimum 2 years accounts experience
Experience with credit control and purchasing ledger
Strong IT skills in implementing and operating accounting software and front office systems.
Experience with Exchequer, Opera and Micropay an advantage
Full working knowledge of Microsoft excel, outlook and word
Ability to work to tight deadlines, excellent attention to detail, have high initiative and be result focused with an ability to prioritise tasks
