Field sales Executive  

We are seeking an ambitious and results driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Industry chemicals, Finance, Science or in technical sales. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our adhesive products to clients in West Cork, Kerry, South and East midlands. This role will involve developing sales with new accounts and within our current customer base. We are looking for a great sales attitude and willingness to work hard so please apply if you have skills in customer service/retail/hospitality that would transfer into this role. Ideally some technical qualification would be ideal.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients in Ireland.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. 
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of sales strategies. 
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. 
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress. 

Requirements: 

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the Manufacturing sector. 
• Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a passion for achieving targets. 
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 
• The flexibility and willingness to learn our business.
• Real Can-Do attitude.
• Great people skills and the ability to form strong relationships with potential clients.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
