Key Responsibilities:
Manage supplier invoicing processes efficiently and accurately
Handle purchase orders (POs) with precision and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
Proficient in SAP and Excel, including VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other advanced functions
Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and deliver results with accuracy
Adaptability to a pressurised environment, demonstrating resilience and a 'thick skin' under challenging circumstances
Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing positively to the overall success of the department
Take ownership of tasks and show eagerness for increased responsibilities
Conduct detective work to identify and resolve anomalies in financial data
