Receptionists / Administrators 
Are you a skilled and adaptable professional with experience in reception and administration? We are currently seeking Temporary Receptionists/Administrators to join our team and provide crucial support during a busy period  in Louth, Meath and North Dublin

Position Overview: 

As a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing front desk activities and providing administrative support. This is a temporary position to cover a specific duration of increased workload. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional manner . 

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel. 

  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is neat and organized. 

  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings. 

  • Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. 

  • Support various departments with general administrative duties as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in reception or administration is preferred. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. 

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. 

  • Professional and friendly manner .
