Business Development Manager – Midlands and East Region

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven sales background, particularly in the construction industry? We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive growth in the Midlands and East region. As a key player in the team, you drive sales and company growth in your region

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and prospects in the field, establishing valuable relationships
• Showcase your successful track record in sales, specifically within the construction industry
• Demonstrate your ability to close deals effectively, contributing to the company's growth
• Identify and cultivate new contacts and clients to expand the business network
• Handle a large volume of incoming calls, providing excellent service and information
• While desirable, experience with CRM systems will be beneficial for effective management
• Familiarity with Sage 200 is an advantage
