Salary & Benefits:
€15-17.50/per hour- depending on experience.
A collaborative and supportive work environment.
Parking on site.
Hours- 9am-1pm (approx.).
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Purchase order processing.
Product maintenance- pricelists etc.
Goods in and out.
Inbound and outbound calls.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Proven experience using 'SAGE' software.
Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
Experience in credit control, data entry and product maintenance is desired.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
