Maintenance Supervisor

Are you a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor with a knack for keeping things running like a well-oiled machine?

Salary: €50000-70000 DOE
Location: Naas
Hours: 39 hours per week
Benefits: Healthcare and Pension package

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within the factory to ensure seamless operations
• Lead a skilled team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues promptly
• Collaborate with production teams to optimise machinery performance and efficiency
• Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability when needed
• Uphold safety standards and compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an industrial setting
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery, electrical systems, and automation
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Effective communication skills
