Business Development Executive, 40-45k base with OTE.
Salary: Guaranteed salary with an open-ended commission structure (Realistic earnings of €60,000+)
This leading provider of returnable load carrier solutions. Who pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and services to our clients in the Distribution and Supply Chain Operations industry. As a sales Consultant you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, managing existing relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Pursue new prospects and manage existing clients.
Develop a deep understanding of products and processes.
Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
Conduct research on potential clients and their decision-makers.
Schedule and manage appointments.
Follow up on inquiries, process orders, and organize shipments/deliveries.
Identify and generate new business opportunities within key markets.
Manage the sales pipeline through various stages of the sales process.
Establish trusted advisor relationships to build value and engagement.
Conduct lead-generating activities, including outbound calls, emails, and social media selling.
Consistently exceed monthly sales quotas.
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B sales
Understanding of supply chain operations (an advantage).
Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
Strong ability to identify opportunities, develop proposals/business cases, and close deals.
Excellent communication skills in English.
