Demand Generation Manager – Join Our Exciting Team!

Are you ready to be a part of an innovative organisation? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive our clients brand awareness and customer acquisition. Your expertise will lead successful demand and lead generation campaigns, contributing to revenue growth and the success of our clients business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation plan to expand our brand reach and achieve growth targets.
  • Implement lead generation campaigns across email, social media, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to build a database of target customers and manage the lead pipeline.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, sharing insights with relevant teams.
  • Identify customer needs and pain points through persona and empathy mapping exercises.
  • Maximize digital marketing efforts for increased engagement and lead generation.
  • Manage attendance and participation at events to leverage demand.
  • Represent the company at promotional and industry events.

What We Expect:

  • Proven experience in managing successful demand and lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital and non-digital demand generation techniques.
  • Expertise in key demand generation metrics and optimization.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of demand generation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Demand Generation, Business, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Experience in Project Management and Event Management.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
