Legal Executive

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of an excellent, high-performing small legal practice based in Dublin 6 which is seeking a career Legal Executive to join their collaborative team from January 2025.    
As a core member of this legal organization, you will play an important role in working with clients in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, wills, probate, and family law. This hard-working, supportive team is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and seeks someone with an equal commitment to maintaining high standards.

Salary: €35k-€40k (DOE)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)
Working Model: Fully in-office

Responsibilities
The successful candidate can expect to work in the following areas:
Residential and Commercial Conveyancing

  • Guiding clients through purchases and sales of property, obtaining and submitting relevant documentation to interested parties, banks and government agencies as required.
  • Dealing with residential and commercial leases and issues arising in these areas.
  • Liaising with developers, financial institutions, Revenue, the Land Registry

Wills and Probate

  • Assisting clients in creating wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
  • Guiding clients through the probate process, ensuring their wishes are carried out effectively.

Family Law

  • Assisting clients in matters related to divorce, child custody, spousal support, and more.
  • Preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in family court proceedings.

Candidate Characteristics
The perfect candidate will have most or all of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in the above areas of law with demonstrable knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
