Class C Multi-Drop Delivery Driver

Salary: €55,000 – €65,000

We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Class C Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our client’s transport and distribution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-conscious and customer-focused driver to join an established organisation, delivering specialist products to customers.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a designated delivery area, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and professionally while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a rigid Class C vehicle to complete multi-drop deliveries of gas cylinders to customers.
• Manage an allocated geographical delivery area, ensuring daily delivery schedules and customer requirements are met.
• Plan and organise delivery routes effectively to maximise efficiency and achieve daily delivery targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly interactions.
• Ensure all delivery documentation and information is accurate and completed correctly.
• Handle, load, unload and secure gas cylinders in accordance with health and safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness, housekeeping and general presentation.
• Comply with all road transport legislation, company procedures and health and safety requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• A full, clean Class C driving licence.
• A valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
• A minimum of three years’ experience undertaking multi-drop deliveries in a Class C vehicle.
• A strong understanding of road safety, manual handling and safe working practices.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to organise workloads, plan delivery routes and work independently.
• Flexibility, reliability and a positive approach to teamwork.
• A strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
