Warehouse Operative 

Here at Osborne, we are hiring a Warehouse Operative with a valid reach forklift licence to join a well-established organisation in Portlaoise.

This hands-on role involves operating a reach forklift, picking and packing orders, and supporting goods-in and dispatch operations. We are looking for a reliable, experienced warehouse operative who is available to start immediately.

Job Details:

• Location: Portlaoise
• Contract: Ongoing temporary
• Salary: €15 per hour
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a reach forklift to move, store and retrieve stock.
• Accurately pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Receive and check deliveries, reporting any discrepancies.
• Support stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A valid reach forklift licence and previous reach forklift operating experience are essential.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail when handling stock and preparing orders.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to safe working practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Available for an immediate start and an ongoing temporary assignment.
