Client Lead Accountant
Location: Dublin 2 – Hybrid
Salary: 75k – 85k DOE
The Opportunity
Osborne Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Client Lead Accountant to join a growing financial services business in Dublin 2.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to lead client engagements, oversee financial reporting, and provide strategic financial advice to a diverse portfolio of SMEs and start-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client delivery teams and manage client relationships.
- Oversee monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
- Review corporation tax returns and VAT3 submissions.
- Manage external audits and analyze financial performance.
- Identify business development opportunities and support strategic planning.
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA qualified.
- Ideally, five years of Irish post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with Sage, Xero, or AccountsIQ is an advantage.
