  • Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring HR practices remain aligned with current Irish employment legislation and best practice.
  • Assisting with training, development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintaining HR systems, preparing reports and supporting general HR administration.
  • Getting involved in wider HR projects and initiatives as required.

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with HR professionals who bring a good mix of practical experience, sound judgement and strong interpersonal skills.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Officer, HR Generalist or similar position.
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Practical experience supporting employee relations matters.
  • Confidence in dealing with managers, employees and stakeholders at different levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an approachable and professional manner.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently when required.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A relevant HR qualification would be an advantage.

What’s on Offer?

  • Competitive salary of €40,000 – €50,000 DOE.
  • 12-month fixed-term contract.
  • Hybrid working arrangement.
  • A varied HR position with exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
