Homecare Manager

Here at Osborne, we are currently recruiting an experienced Homecare Manager on behalf of our client, a growing healthcare provider operating across the West of Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in homecare, community care, elder care or a similar healthcare environment to take responsibility for the effective delivery of high-quality care services across the region.

The successful candidate will be a confident people manager with a genuine commitment to person-centred care. You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, support and develop healthcare teams, build strong relationships with clients and healthcare stakeholders and ensure services are delivered to the highest quality and compliance standards.

We are looking experienced healthcare professional who combines strong operational management with a genuine passion for delivering excellent care. You will be comfortable leading teams, managing client relationships and working with healthcare stakeholders while ensuring that quality and compliance remain at the heart of service delivery.

Location: Roscommon / Sligo / Galway
Salary: €40,000 + DOE
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the effective delivery of homecare services across Roscommon, Sligo and Galway.
• Lead, support and develop healthcare and administrative teams.
• Ensure consistently high standards of safe, person-centred care.
• Oversee client care packages, ensuring services are appropriately resourced and delivered.
• Maintain compliance with relevant HSE, HIQA, safeguarding, health & safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with scheduling and recruitment teams to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Monitor service quality and address operational or client issues promptly.
• Support staff training, performance management and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of services throughout the region.

Experience Required:

• Strong previous experience within healthcare, homecare, community care or elder care.
• Relevant qualification in Healthcare, Nursing, Social Care, Healthcare Management 
• Strong understanding of quality, compliance and person-centred care.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a busy regional service and multiple priorities.
• Full clean driving licence and ability to travel throughout the west of Ireland
