Recruitment Consultants – Wicklow

At Osborne, we’re growing and looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Wicklow. We’re looking for ambitious, commercially minded recruiters who enjoy building relationships, winning business and delivering great results for clients and candidates.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, from taking job requirements from your customers, shortlisting candidates, sending CVs, arranging interviews / interview preparation, to placing candidates on site with our clients all with amazing customer service
• Working with candidates daily to find and secure the right job and career for them
• Develop strong business relationships with current client base and develop new business connections with new clients through networking events
• Dealing with Contract, Temporary and Permanent opportunities
• Managing recruitment administration and compliance
• Work as part of a proactive, professional team. We are truly super supportive

Key Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate experience in relationship management
• Superior customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent follow-up skills, with a strong sense of urgency and client focus
• Minimum 1 Years experience within recruitment agency
