Senior IT Recruitment Consultant
Osborne is expanding its IT team, and we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing recruiter who enjoys working at senior level, building trusted client relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
You will manage IT assignments from start to finish, develop new business opportunities and work closely with senior decision-makers across a diverse client portfolio.
The Role
- Manage end-to-end IT assignments across Ireland and internationally.
- Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with senior clients and candidates.
- Identify and attract high-calibre leadership talent through targeted search and market mapping.
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
- Provide trusted, consultative advice to clients throughout the search process.
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of our IT division.
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing, supportive team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT or senior-level recruitment.
- Previous experience in the Irish recruitment market is essential.
- A strong track record of delivering successful senior appointments.
- Commercially driven with a passion for business development and building relationships.
- Mixture of permanent and contract recruitment highly desirable
- Confident engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ambitious, motivated, and keen to build a successful career in recruitment.
- Professional, collaborative, and highly committed to delivering quality.
