Van Sales Representative – Cork

€27,000 Base + Commission | OTE €30,000–€40,000

We are recruiting for a confident and motivated Van Sales Representative to manage an established customer route across Cork and West Cork.

The role offers a good level of independence, flexible start and finish times, and the opportunity to increase earnings through commission and incentives.

The Role:

• Manage your own territory and daily schedule
• Visit existing retail customers
• Build strong customer relationships
• Take orders and identify sales opportunities
• Support promotions and merchandising
• Deliver excellent customer service

About You:

• You’ll be personable, organised, commercially minded and comfortable working independently.
• Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, retail, merchandising or customer-facing roles is an advantage, but strong communication skills and motivation are just as important.
• A full Category B driving licence is essential.

Package:

• €27,000 base
• OTE approx. €30,000–€40,000
• Company van + fuel card
• €12 daily lunch allowance
• €500 Christmas bonus
• 3% matched pension
• Flexible start and finish times
• 39-hour week
• Established customer territory
