We’re looking for a talented Brand & Marketing Executive to join the Osborne Marketing team and help us bring our brand to life.

Osborne is an award-winning, Irish-owned international Recruitment & Talent Solutions consultancy with a growing presence across Ireland, the UK, Canada and the US.

This is a hands-on role where no two weeks will look the same. You could be creating a social campaign, developing content, working on a video, supporting an international office launch, helping deliver an event or finding a completely new way to tell the Osborne story.

What you’ll get stuck into:

• Creating fresh, engaging social and digital content
• Developing creative campaign concepts from idea to execution
• Creating content for social, web, email, video and marketing materials
• Helping shape and protect the Osborne brand
• Supporting PR, events, webinars, sponsorships and launches
• Working with designers, videographers and other creative partners
• Keeping our websites fresh, engaging and search-friendly
• Exploring how AI and new marketing technologies can make our marketing even better
• Tracking campaign performance and spotting opportunities to improve
• Bringing new ideas to the table – we genuinely want them!

We’d love to meet someone who…

Has around 2–3 years’ marketing experience, ideally in a creative, content, brand or digital role.

You’ll be a strong writer with a great eye for design and content, comfortable with social media and digital platforms, and confident using tools such as Canva, Adobe, WordPress, Google Analytics or similar.

More importantly, you’ll be creative, curious, organised and proactive. You notice the details, keep an eye on trends and enjoy turning an idea into something people actually want to engage with.
