Customer Account Executive
Location: Sandyford Area (onsite)
Role Overview
An established, market-leading event services provider is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Account Executive to join a growing team. Operating in a fast-paced environment, this role sits within a collaborative team of client specialists managing high-value inbound business.
This position focuses entirely on managing warm, incoming enquiries—there is no cold calling or outbound business development involved. The role is split between corporate trade clients (approx. 70%) and private/domestic accounts (approx. 30%), acting as the critical link between client vision and flawless logistics delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming corporate and private event bookings via phone and digital channels.
- Order Precision & Integrity: Take full ownership of order accuracy, ensuring technical specifications map perfectly to client requirements for seamless execution.
- Client Advisory: Consult with clients to maximize order value, recommending comprehensive packages across premium event infrastructure, equipment, and stylings.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain high momentum on active quotes, following through diligently to convert warm interest into confirmed business.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: A proven track record of managing complex data, orders, or bookings with zero margin for error.
- Proactive Follow-Through: High personal accountability with a natural drive to close loops and secure business from warm leads.
- Exceptional Communication: Professional presence capable of dealing confidently with B2B corporate trade partners and private individuals alike.
- Resilience: The ability to stay focused and organized during peak seasonal volumes.
Hours & Flexibility
- Schedule: Standard daytime hours, Monday to Friday.
- Rotations: Rota-based weekend morning coverage is required during peak periods, with a highly generous, dedicated block of time off provided in lieu during the low season.
- Environment: A supportive, flexible team environment with robust, structured onboarding and industry training.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: €34,000 – €35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Performance Incentives: Monthly team-based bonus structure of up to €6,000 annually (€500/month).
