Payroll Specialist 

Dublin 24 | Permanent | Full time 
€40K – €50K per annum depending on experience. 

Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a role where you can take ownership, work across both UK and Irish payroll, and be part of a supportive finance team?

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join an established organisation and play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing weekly and monthly payrolls across the UK and ROI
• Processing salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions and statutory payments
• Ensuring payrolls are accurate and compliant with current legislation
• Managing pensions, benefits and payroll-related queries
• Completing reconciliations and payroll reporting
• Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
• Working closely with HR and Finance to resolve queries and improve processes

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ payroll experience, ideally in an in-house environment
• Strong UK and/or ROI payroll knowledge
• Experience managing payroll processes from start to finish
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong Excel and payroll systems experience
• IPASS or CIPP qualification is desirable
• A proactive, organised approach and strong communication skills
