Finance Transformation Lead
Are you an experienced finance professional, with a track record of leading major transformation projects and influencing stakeholders across the business?
Osborne are partnered with a leading healthcare organisation, who are looking to add a Finance Transformation Lead, to lead on a major transformation programme, which will fundamentally change how the business operates, for an 18-month contract position.
This is a significant transformation programme, that will extend beyond a traditional EHR implementation, impacting finance, supply chain, procurement and the wider business processes.
A strong understanding of finance and business processes is of importance, with experience across supply chain, procurement, general ledger, revenue cycle or financial systems highly relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Business Stream through the implementation and go-live of a major enterprise-wide EHR and business workflow transformation across multiple hospital sites

Lead wider teams, coordinating resources, priorities, milestones, and risks across the Business Stream.

Work closely with senior finance, IT and business stakeholders to drive decisions, build consensus and maintain confidence throughout the programme

Oversee key business capabilities including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and Revenue Cycle
Key Requirements:

Significant experience leading complex business transformation, systems implementation or change programmes

A college degree in Accountancy & Finance or similar highly desirable

Financial qualifications such as ACCA / CIMA or similar would be a distinct advantage
Strong understanding of finance and business processes, ideally with exposure to areas such as General Ledger Supply Chain, Procurement, Revenue Cycles or financial systems
