Van Sales Representative in Cork / West Cork

Salary: €27,000 base + commission & incentives
OTE: Approx. €30- €40k
Hours: 39 hours per week
Company Van + Fuel Card Provided
Permanent, Full-Time, Field Based

We are currently recruiting for a friendly, confident Van Sales Representative to join an established and successful sales team covering Cork and West Cork.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting people and managing their own working day.

You’ll look after an established customer route, working with major grocery and retail customers across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visiting customers on an established journey plan
• Building strong relationships with store managers and teams
• Selling and promoting a range of well known products
• Taking customer orders using an in van system
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales
• Supporting promotions and merchandising
• Managing your own territory and daily schedule

Orders are pre packed, allowing you to focus on customers, relationships and sales.

Who We’d Love to Meet:

• We’re looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, outgoing and naturally good with people
• Confident speaking with customers
• Motivated by sales and incentives
• Organised and comfortable working independently
• Reliable and able to manage their own time
• Happy spending most of the working day on the road

Previous FMCG, van sales, retail, merchandising or field sales experience would be an advantage, but personality, customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships are just as important.

A full Category B driving licence is essential, and applicants must meet the company’s vehicle insurance requirements.
