Customer Field Support Representative – Cavan Region
Starting salary: €32,000 – €34,000 per annum

The Role
This is a field-based position working closely with clinicians, medical professionals, patients, carers and internal support teams to coordinate the installation, use and ongoing maintenance of specialist respiratory equipment.
The role is centred on delivering an exceptional customer experience to individuals who rely on our equipment to manage long-term medical conditions.
A client-focused approach to service delivery, new patient setup and product training is fundamental to this position.
You will be joining an organisation with a strong reputation for treating clients with respect, dignity and empathy. Many of the individuals you will support are vulnerable and depend on our teams to provide reliable, high-quality service so they can benefit fully from the respiratory therapies prescribed by their clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
The Candidate
Customer Field Support Representatives are the public face of the organisation, and this role requires a unique blend of practical skills, communication ability and personal qualities.
We are looking for someone who has:
Healthcare Experience Is Not Essential
Previous medical or clinical experience is not essential.
Applications are welcomed from candidates with backgrounds in healthcare, nursing, patient liaison, customer service, field service, technical support, sales or other customer-facing roles.
What matters most is the right attitude, professionalism, empathy and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Full product and role-specific training will be provided.
Location & Working Hours
Location: Cavan region, with travel throughout Cavan and surrounding counties as required.
This is a full-time, field-based position with core working hours of:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Working hours may vary depending on travel requirements, patient appointments and urgent call-outs.
The successful candidate will also participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends during agreed periods.
