HR Generalist – Louth / Meath

We are currently recruiting for an HR Generalist to join a highly successful global organisation, supporting HR operations across the Louth and Meath region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to join a dynamic, international business and play a key role across a broad range of HR activities.

  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Employee relations
  • HR administration and maintaining employee records
  • Performance management
  • Learning and development
  • HR policies and procedures
  • Payroll and benefits administration
  • Employment legislation and compliance
  • Supporting managers and employees across the business
  • For junior opportunities, relevant HR qualifications, a degree in HR/business or some administrative experience would be advantageous. For more senior positions, we are looking for proven HR experience and a strong understanding of HR best practice and employment legislation.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers, working across areas including:

  • Employee relations and HR advisory support
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Performance management
  • HR policies and procedures
  • Absence management
  • Employee engagement and development
  • HR administration and reporting
  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives
  • Working closely with management and key stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels
  • A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
  • CIPD qualification or relevant HR qualification would be advantageous
