Corporate Events Coordinator

Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: €28,500 – €32,500 per annum

Events Coordinator – Dundalk

Are you passionate about events, highly organised, and someone who loves seeing an event come together from the initial idea through to delivery?

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing events business based in Dundalk, Co. Louth, for a Corporate Events Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and wants to be involved in the full lifecycle of events — from planning and supplier coordination through to onsite delivery and post-event follow-up.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where organisation, attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet are essential. The role will also provide opportunities to travel and attend events, giving you the chance to experience what goes on behind the scenes and see your planning come to life.

About the Role

As Corporate Events Coordinator, you’ll support the team in delivering a range of events, ensuring every detail is planned, communicated and executed to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events from concept through to completion.
  • Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines and event checklists.
  • Liaising with venues, suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes, confirm bookings and coordinate logistics.
  • Assisting with budgets, cost tracking and invoice processing.
  • Managing guest lists, RSVPs and attendee communications.
  • Creating and managing event registration pages.
  • Coordinating event materials including signage, name badges, gift bags and printed collateral.
  • Preparing event documentation, schedules, client information and event procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate information across shared trackers, calendars and project management systems.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider events team.
  • Attending events and assisting with setup, delivery and breakdown.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for guests, speakers and suppliers onsite.
  • Troubleshooting issues during live events and finding practical solutions.
  • Supporting post-event feedback, reporting and supplier reconciliation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and genuinely excited about working in events.

You may already have experience in events, hospitality, marketing or a similar environment, or you may be looking to take the next step in your career and have the transferable skills we’re looking for.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, marketing, administration or a related role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A confident and professional communication style.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
  • A calm, practical approach when working under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and Canva.
  • Experience using project management tools or similar systems.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to deliver an excellent experience.
  • A willingness to travel as required for events.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends around event delivery.
