Customer Field Support Representative – Dublin

We are seeking a Customer Field Support Representative to join Ireland’s leading specialist respiratory support provider. This is a field-based role focused on delivering excellent customer care to patients, carers, clinicians and healthcare professionals who rely on specialist respiratory equipment.

You will be responsible for delivering, installing and maintaining respiratory equipment in hospitals, care facilities and patients’ homes. You will provide product demonstrations and training, troubleshoot equipment issues, respond to urgent customer queries and carry out routine service visits.

Strong communication, empathy and a customer-first approach are essential, as you will often be supporting vulnerable patients and their families. Full product training will be provided, and previous healthcare experience is not essential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a field-based, customer service, sales or service delivery role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, professional and customer-focused approach
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Confidence using technology and explaining information clearly
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Full driving licence and good geographical knowledge of Ireland advantageous
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota, including evenings and weekends
  

Salary & Benefits:

• €32,000 – €34,000 starting salary
