HRBP with L&D – 6-Month Contract – Public Sector Organisation

Dublin 4 | Hybrid | 6-Month Contract

Osborne Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading public sector organisation to recruit an experienced HR / L&D professional for a six-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR, Learning & Development or Organisational Development, who enjoys working on people-focused projects, stakeholder engagement and consultation.

The Role

  • Working closely with senior management, you will support a key organisational project involving research, consultation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Key responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and coordinating workshops and consultation sessions
  • Co-facilitating workshops and engaging with key stakeholders
  • Researching and analysing information and identifying key themes
  • Preparing presentations, reports and project materials
  • Supporting project planning, timelines and delivery
  • Communicating findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in HR, L&D, Organisational Development or a related discipline
  • Experience in HR, L&D, OD or a similar people-focused role
  • Strong workshop, facilitation and consultation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience in organisational development, culture or change would be advantageous
  • Public sector experience would be beneficial but is not essential
