THESE ROLES ARE ON SITE

Temporary Accounts Payable Roles
Own car needed
Dublin 11 & 15
On Site
Monday to Friday
Hourly rate €18.00 – €21.00 Euro Per hour

Responsibilities of Role:

• Manage Supplier set ups
• Purchase Order and Invoice Processing
• Managing payment runs, that includes reports and payment processing on our banking system
• Reconciling creditor accounts monthly
• Bank Reconciliations
• Month End Close Tasks
• Support the wider Finance team by assisting in any accounts payable related queries
• Manage Accounts Payable centralised mailbox

Requirements for Role:

• 2-3 Years AP experience
• Xero experience is a distinct advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• High volume processing experience
• Available immediately
