HR Graduate / Junior HR Administrator

Osborne Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an HR Graduate / Junior HR Administrator to join their HR team in Dublin 22.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR graduate or junior administrator looking to build a career in Human Resources and gain broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR systems, learning and development, payroll administration and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities across the organisation 
  • Maintain employee records, HR systems and documentation.
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes including offers, contracts, probation, performance reviews, promotions and departures.
  • Support learning and development, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations matters.
  • Maintain job specifications and HR records.
  • Assist with HR projects and company events.
  • Provide general day-to-day support to the HR team.
  • Handle confidential employee information professionally and appropriately.

About You:

  • Degree, diploma or qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline.
  • CIPD qualification or currently working towards CIPD is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, confidential approach.
  • Highly motivated, proactive and eager to develop a career in HR.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively as part of a team.
