Our client is an established Irish-owned Managed Mobility Services Provider supporting organisations with the management of their enterprise mobility programmes.
The company works with a range of large multinational organisations, providing end-to-end support across mobile devices, SIMs, connectivity, suppliers and mobility operations.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Executive to join the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day mobility requirements of corporate clients and their employees. You will manage mobile and device requests, liaise with suppliers and network operators, support projects and migrations, and contribute to continuous improvements across mobility operations.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Mobility Operations
- Handle mobile and device-related queries and requests for corporate clients.
- Process new mobile line, device and number portability requests.
- Manage suspension and cancellation of mobile lines.
- Coordinate device procurement and fulfilment.
- Ensure requests are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.
Escalation & Supplier Management
- Act as an escalation point for mobile and connectivity-related requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Liaise with mobile network operators, vendors and supply chain partners.
- Support supplier sourcing activities and identify opportunities to improve pricing and service quality.
Project & Process Support
- Provide support for mobility projects, including migrations, porting exercises and device deployment projects.
- Assist with one-off client and end-user device requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Research market developments and trends within mobile communications and managed mobility services.
Financial & Reporting
- Complete regular optimisation audits and provide recommendations.
- Support hardware and device sourcing activities.
- Carry out invoice validation and prepare relevant reports.
- Assist with resolving billing and payment issues in collaboration with finance teams, suppliers and mobile carriers.
Experience & Skills
Essential:
- Strong digital literacy and confidence using web-based platforms, software applications and customer/partner portals.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the mobile communications, telecommunications or technology industry.
- Experience in customer service, B2B support or corporate mobile fleet management.
- Working knowledge of Android and iOS devices.
- Familiarity with mobile tariffs and offerings from Irish mobile network providers.
- Experience in supplier management, procurement or negotiation.
