Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, from taking job requirements from your customers, shortlisting candidates, sending CVs, arranging interviews / interview preparation, to placing candidates on site with our clients all with amazing customer service
- Working with candidates daily to find and secure the right job and career for them
- Develop strong business relationships with current client base and develop new business connections with new clients through networking events
- Dealing with Contract, Temporary and Permanent opportunities
- Managing recruitment administration and compliance
- Work as part of a proactive, professional team. We are truly super supportive
Key Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate experience in relationship management
- Superior customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent follow-up skills, with a strong sense of urgency and client focus
- Minimum 1 Years’ experience within recruitment agency
