Services Advisor
Location: Drogheda
Salary: €40,000 DOE
Are you a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Our client is looking for a Learning Services Advisor to join their growing team in Drogheda on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
No previous experience within the training industry is necessary, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
As a Learning Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through available training courses, managing bookings, and ensuring they receive an exceptional customer experience from their initial enquiry through to course completion. What’s on

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Advise clients on the most suitable training courses based on their individual or business requirements.
- Provide course information, quotations, pricing, and booking details.
- Manage course bookings and maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
- Follow up on quotations and outstanding enquiries to maximise customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Support customers throughout their training journey, delivering a high standard of service before and after course completion.
- Assist with customer payments and resolve account queries where required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continually improve customer experience and internal processes.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least one year’s experience in a customer service, administration, or office-based role.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence speaking to customers over the phone and via email.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence discussing pricing, answering customer queries, and recommending suitable training solutions.
- Experience using CRM, booking, or customer management systems would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales support, account coordination, customer support, or administration is desirable but not essential. If you enjoy helping customers, building lasting relationships, and working in a supportive team environment, we’d love to hear from you.
