Accounts Assistant (AR)

A leading international research agency is seeking to add an enthusiastic, experienced and organised Accounts Assistant (AR) to its high-performing finance team based in South Dublin on a full-time or part-time basis.

Salary: €40,000 (pro-rata)
Hours: 
9:00am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri – Hybrid)

Annual Leave: 25 Days plus bonus birthday leave

***The Role***

This is your chance to join a flexible and inclusive team working in conjunction with a variety of research projects to efficiently and effectively deal with Accounts Receivable matters.

The successful candidate can expect to be involved in:

  • Preparing and reviewing invoices to be sent to clients
  • Liaising with clients to resolve queries and billing inaccuracies.
  • Onboarding new clients and setting them up on our global portal
  • Communicating with debtors to organise timely repayment
  • Ensuring audit readiness of client contracts
  • Allocating payments and preparing statements

***Your Profile***

To succeed in this client-facing role, you should have:

  • 3+ years’ working in an accounts receivable role with IRL accounts, or qualified as an Accounts Technician in Ireland
  • Demonstrable experience and competency working with Excel and specialist accountancy software
  • Excellent professional communication, relationship building and people management skills
  • Superb attention to detail and numerical skills
  • Demonstrable organisational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
