Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator

Location: Slane, Co. Meath (Fully On-Site)
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 DOE

Osborne Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to join their growing team based in Slane, Co. Meath.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment or HR professional looking to develop their career within a growing international organisation. Supporting recruitment across Ireland and Europe, you’ll play a key role in attracting top talent while gaining valuable exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR administration and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical and corporate roles.

  • Coordinate internship, graduate and early careers recruitment.

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other channels.

  • Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.

  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.

  • Maintain recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Support onboarding, employment contracts, reference checks and pre-employment screening.

  • Assist with HR administration and employee compliance processes.

  • Attend careers fairs and recruitment events as required.

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, either agency or in-house.

  • Degree in Human Resources, CIPD qualification or a related discipline.

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other direct sourcing tools.

  • Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills.

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Full driving licence and access to your own transport.

Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position (five days per week). Due to the location, a full driving licence and access to your own transport are essential, as the site is not accessible by public transport.
