Osborne is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Night Shift Warehouse Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation specialising in cold storage and food distribution, servicing a major food industry client.
Reporting into senior management, you will take ownership of the night shift operation, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders while leading and motivating a warehouse team. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Manage and oversee the night shift warehouse operation.
Lead, coach, and support the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
Coordinate the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
Ensure service levels are consistently achieved for a key customer account.
Review and process customer orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality, and operational compliance.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor role within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong people management and team leadership experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
Experience within food logistics, cold storage, or FMCG would be a distinct advantage.
A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
