Warehouse Operative

Location: Kildare
Salary: €33,500
Contract: 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with strong stock control and organisational skills? We are recruiting for a 9-month fixed-term opportunity with a well-established organisation in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse team where you’ll play a key role in ensuring stock is received, managed, and distributed efficiently.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing deliveries, liaising with suppliers, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries.
• Verify goods against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and distribute equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels and carry out regular stock checks.
• Update inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Keep accurate records of stock movements and equipment distribution.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding deliveries and stock queries.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and operating safely.
• Support customers with equipment collections, exchanges, and enquiries.

About You

• Previous warehouse or stores experience is essential.
• Strong stock management and inventory control skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and stock management systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full clean driving licence and access to your own transport.
• Willingness to complete Garda Vetting.
