Project Administrator – Temporary

Here at Osborne looking for a highly organised Project Administrator with strong SAP and accounts administration experience to support the successful delivery of projects.

This is a temporary role for a minimum of 6 months that requires an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be confident managing project documentation, purchase orders and financial data, and possess strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

You’ll be able to prioritise a busy workload, manage professional correspondence, maintain data accuracy and confidentiality, and demonstrate a proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Location: Dublin 11 (on-site)

Salary €32,000

Hours: 9-5.30 (flexible start time)

Duties

  • Provide end-to-end project administration support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project plans, trackers, forecasts and documentation in SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Manage purchase orders, goods receipts, supplier invoices and returns, resolving queries with Accounts Payable, Credit Control, suppliers and customers.
  • Support commercial activities by reviewing sales orders, monitoring margins, WIP, accruals and forecasting to ensure project profitability and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track orders, manage delivery updates, support supplier onboarding and maintain master data integrity.
  • Assist with month-end activities, financial reporting, audit documentation and ensure compliance with company governance and control procedures.
  • Drive project and order management activities, including backlog reviews, risk tracking, action follow-up and maintaining accurate project records.
  • Proactively identify process improvements, solve problems efficiently and provide flexible administrative support across the project and commercial teams.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 1–3 years’ experience in finance administration, procurement support, or project coordination.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excel , MS Office & Office 365 proficiency.
  • Strong written communication and email management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
